What you will cover

Module 1

Different by Design

Understanding differences in how spouses may process problems, emotions and stress, without reducing men and women to rigid stereotypes.

Module 2

Love in Translation

Different emotional currencies, appreciation, invisible contributions, listening versus fixing, and why good intentions can be misunderstood.

Module 3

Lost in Translation

Communication, emotional context, space and togetherness, conflict patterns, and practical tools for breaking recurring cycles.

Module 4

From Difference to Sakinah

Family dynamics, invisible emotional and mental load, boundaries, and the Islamic framework of Sakinah, Mawaddah, Rahmah, Ma‘ruf and Ihsan.

What you receive

A guided Participant Reflection & Practice Workbook, containing reflection exercises, practical activities, self-assessments and between-session marriage experiments.

Language

Taught in English, with natural Urdu examples and dialogues drawn from everyday Pakistani marital life. Islamic concepts and key Arabic terms are explained as they come up, so nothing is assumed.

Certificate

An e-certificate is provided on completion of the course.
