Taming the Flame • The Alchemy of the Heart
Anger is not the problem. What we do with it is. This workshop runs in two parts. The first is about the moment anger arrives: the physical and mental brakes that stop an explosion before it does damage. The second is about the anger that never comes out at all, the resentment we swallow to keep the peace and then carry for days, and the spiritual work that clears it.
Fee: PKR 1,000 for the complete course. Annual student registration is PKR 500 a year. It opens the recorded lecture library and lets you enroll in any course.

None. You do not need any prior study of psychology, counselling or Islamic studies.
The fire and the shield, which is immediate regulation. What ghadab is and why unchecked anger acts as a veil over the heart, the two faces of anger (the explosion that goes outward and the implosion that stays in), and the emergency brakes you reach for first: change your posture, perform wudu, recite ta'awwudh. You begin the anger audit, logging what triggered you, how it showed up, and whether you used the brakes.
Internalized anger and spiritual healing. How to tell suppression apart from real sabr, and the four signs that resentment has settled in: the mental loop that replays old arguments, the physical toll the body holds, the spiritual veil that numbs you in worship, and the small trigger that sets off a reaction far bigger than it deserves. You then work with Muraqaba and Muhasaba, and the Zikr that dissolves what they uncover: Astaghfirullah, Ya Salam and Ya Halim. The workshop closes on Surah Ali 'Imran (3:134) and what forgiveness actually requires.
The Anger Management Toolkit workbook. It contains the anger thermometer, the cycle of anger, the anger log, the daily alchemy audit, and a checklist for spotting the anger you have buried rather than released.
This workshop is taught in Urdu. The workbook that comes with the recordings is in English.
Access to the recordings lasts one month from the date you register.
The recordings are shared with registered students only.
